How to apply DTF Film

  • Preheat your heat press to 300-320°F (149-160°C) for most fabrics. Position the transfer on your garment, image side down, and cover it with the Teflon sheet or parchment paper. Press with medium pressure for 12-15 seconds. 

  • We currently are using Butter Peel Film, which has the added ability to work both warm and cold. After applying your design via the instructions, allow the item to cool slightly (2 -7 seconds and can vary based on your heat press) then remove film. If you find it is still peeling up, leave it for another few seconds or until cool to the touch.
